I just finished this bedroom for a young single man who recently purchased his first home. It’s a beautiful New England Farmhouse style home in the country. He loves Mustangs and Jeeps and his décor reflects that. I designed a very tailored, masculine window treatment to compliment his interests. The drapes are lined and have back tabs that slide onto the rod. I added detail with 2 rows of layered banding on both the v-shaped flaps and the leading edge of the drapes, along with covered buttons. The large envelope style pillow on the bed helps to bring unity to the overall design. The customer likes clean lines so I made and upholstered the headboard to complete the bedroom ensemble. I enjoy working with customers to add décor to their home that will reflect their tastes.
